Go beyond the usual driving instructor training with a two or a three Day driving instructor recovery course, you could also book a four or five day training course or just have 3 or so hours a week ADI driving instructor training paying as you train.

Core Competencies

On your driving lessons you instruct your learner driver to "do this or do that", but without making certain that you are using the core competencies and they ARE actually doing what you're instructing them to do, they won't understand the importance of the driving lesson, the process of learning to drive could then be very slow.
